For the ordinary, customer service is a slogan, not a reality. Promises are made, slogans written, and pledges are advertised, but few actually know what it looks like to deliver an experience worthy of a repeat.  The key to long term market share dominance is authentic customer service.

October 9, 2007 we unveiled
"Heart Friendly
sm Parking"

Imagine going to a shopping center, and finding at the far end of the parking lot a parking space designated “Heart Friendly Parking.” Similar to the “Handicap Parking” you find in the front of the store entrance, these spaces are painted with a bright red heart on a white square located at the base of the parking space.

Imaging then, parking in such a space and finding a sign indicating how far you will walk to the front entrance of store. Once you’ve walked to the front door, imagine finding a sign indicating that this is a “Heart Friendly Facility” and directions to the stairs!

Imagine finding signs around the mall indicating how far a “mall walker” would walk if they walked a complete circuit around the inside of the mall, or outside the mall.

Imagine a small sign indicating where the portable heart defibrillator is located, who is authorized to use it, and their phone number.

Imagine a small container to collect donations for the American Heart Association located at the top of the stairs.

Now visit the Outlets at Castle Rock, the Outlets at Loveland, or the Outlets at Silverthorne and see how it's done.
